Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.



Incorrect / Incomplete Addresses

Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Additional fees for reshipping items returned to us for this reason



Lost or Stolen Packages


Once a package is scanned as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the item.

For lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages, please contact the carrier directly to start a claim.



Pre-Orders & Special Releases


If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available—unless otherwise noted.



International Shipping


Currently, we do not ship internationally. (This can be updated later if you choose to expand!)
