Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the health and safety of our customers, all lingerie, hosiery, teddies, bodysuits, undergarments , adult toys and products are considered FINAL SALE. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have been purchased.

However, we always want you to feel confident shopping with us! If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, we will provide one of the following based on availability:

• Store credit
• Replacement of the same item in the same size.

 

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

 

Shipping Issues:

Pink Apple Boutique is not responsible for:

• Incorrect address submissions
• Delivery delays caused by carriers
• Lost/stolen packages marked as delivered

We recommend contacting the carrier directly for delivery resolution.
